It is also located only 1 block from another popular engagement photo location Walt Disney Hall Concert Hall. When photographing my engagement sessions here. I will often shoot both The Los Angeles Water and Power building and Walt Disney Concert hall because they are both within 10 mins walking and offer vastly different and unique backdrops.
